8 SFR loans closed across Florida and Pennsylvania

LoanBase is pleased to announce the financing of eight single-family rentals across Florida and Pennsylvania. The Sponsor came to LoanBase while in escrow to purchase an investment property. They were looking for a high loan-to-value (LTV) product and a lender that could close quickly.
