As a community bank, we believe in giving back to the community through hands-on volunteering. That’s why we established our b1COMMUNITY Outreach Program to give all employees paid time off during the workday to help area nonprofits.
The goal of b1COMMUNITY is to encourage our employees to spend more time serving causes they value in our respective communities. Throughout the year, b1BANKers get opportunities to do so while simultaneously improving those communities for our stakeholders.
Generally are not willing to fix a rate longer than 60 months and we generally want the amortization schedule to be 25 years max for new construction or 20 years for aged properties.
